Terms of Service

These terms cover every order placed with SkyFrame through this website. Placing an order means you accept them, so it is worth reading the sections on cancellation and warranty before you buy.

1. Who you are buying from

This shop is operated by SkyFrame. You can reach us at support@skyframe.shop. Our postal address is 576 South Harbor Boulevard, Santa Ana, CA 92704, United States.

We sell to customers in the United States. If you are ordering from outside that area, contact us first so we can tell you whether we can ship to you and what it would cost.

2. How an order is made

Listing the DJI Mini 4K Fly More Combo on this site is an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email, or when we hand your parcel to the carrier, whichever happens first.

If something in your order is out of stock after you have paid, we will tell you and refund that part in full rather than substitute it for something else.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable sales tax. Shipping is free on every order, so the total you see at checkout is the amount you pay.

We accept the card networks and wallets shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

the DJI Mini 4K Fly More Combo is currently offered at $69.00. Promotional pricing runs for as long as the stock set aside for it lasts, and we may end a promotion early.

4. Delivery

We dispatch within 24 hours of an order clearing payment. Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days once the parcel is on its way.

The combo ships as one parcel with the aircraft, the controller and three batteries inside. Lithium batteries travel at a reduced charge by law, so expect to charge everything before the first flight.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Where a delay is our fault we will make it right. Where it is the carrier's, we will chase it with them on your behalf.

5. Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before the parcel is handed to the carrier. Email us and we will refund you in full the same day.

Once it has shipped, use the 90 day return window in our Refund Policy instead.

6. Warranty and liability

the DJI Mini 4K Fly More Combo carries a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. That covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The airframe, the gimbal, the camera and the controller are covered. Crash damage is not, however the crash happened. Fly it within line of sight and inside the rules and you will not need to test where that line sits.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, and nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

7. Using this site

Do not scrape the site, resell our product photography, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may cancel and refund any order we believe is fraudulent, and we may decline to sell to an address that has repeatedly charged back.

8. Changes to these terms

We update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it, and we keep a copy so we can tell you what that said.
