Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every order. We dispatch within 24 hours and delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

1. Where we ship

We deliver throughout the United States.

We ship to all fifty states. Registering the aircraft with the FAA where the rules require it is your responsibility, not ours, and it takes about ten minutes online.

2. Processing

Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day are picked the same day. Anything after that, or at a weekend, goes out the next business day. You get a dispatch email with tracking as soon as the label is scanned.

3. How it travels

Standard parcel service, ground only. Lithium batteries cannot go by air freight, which is why this one takes a few days longer than the rest of our range.

Tracking updates can lag the parcel by a day, particularly over a weekend. If tracking has not moved for three business days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

4. Delivery

No signature required. The parcel is small enough to be left in most safe places.

If nobody is home, the carrier follows its own rules on leaving the parcel or attempting again. We cannot override that from our end, but the tracking link usually lets you redirect or reschedule.

5. Getting the address right

Check the address on your confirmation email the moment it arrives. We can change it free of charge until the parcel is picked. After that a redirect costs whatever the carrier charges, and some carriers will not redirect at all.

Parcels returned to us because the address was wrong are refunded minus the return freight.

6. Delays

Weather, strikes and customs holds happen and they are outside our control. We will keep you informed and chase the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we send a replacement at no cost, or refund you in full if you would rather not wait.
